Grill Ninety Nine serves affordable western cuisine with halal ingredients. Located at 142 Arab Street and walking distance from Bugis MRT, Grill Ninety Nine offers quality dinning with ambience and light music away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Last evening, my family and I enjoyed a marvelous meal there with a reasonable price tag and excellent service! Here are the 4 awesome reasons why we totally recommend it:
1. Great Food
The star of the night had to be its Angus Beef Ribs which was grilled to perfection.
Every bite was heavenly – I attributed it to its fresh tender beef and secret sauce. The accompanying salad and fries completed the meal with absolute satisfaction – the serving would be perfect for two!
Its Mushroom Carbonara was creamy and tasty – it would certainly be a favourite among youths!
We actually started with a Mushroom Soup which was real thick with chunks of mushrooms!
Rows of Jelly Cheesecake caught my eye as we entered the cafe so I could not resist trying it! The taste was real special and appetizing, so don’t forget to order it to have a great start to your gastronomical adventure! It was utterly jellicious!
For drinks, I decided to try its Kiwi Lime Cucumber as I just recovered from a bad sore throat. It certainly lived up to its name as it was super refreshing and soothed my throat!
2. Convenient Location
It is located at the end of Arab Street, close to the Bugis MRT. For those who drive, you can just park at the Golden Landmark Shopping Complex carpark which is just opposite the cafe.
And with unbelievably cheap parking rates in the city, especially after 5pm!
Or if you’re lucky, you may even find a parking lot beside the cafe!
3. Affordable Price Tag
Our total bill came up to just S$91.75 – a real steal I must say given its great food and location! And there are several payment modes including credit cards, Fave, GrabPay, Singtel Dash etc.
4. Great Service!
The waitress Jane was real friendly and the chef Thomas came out to chat with us too! They made us feel right at home and yes, it has fast and free Wifi too!
